Surf & Turf Lobster with Steak Sandwich

Surf & Turf wrapped up in a soft bun!



  1. Starting with the steak:
    - season it with Himalayan salt, onion powder, black pepper and make sure they are seasoned evenly including the sides
    - leave the steak for a while in a room temperature
    - in a high heat, add 2 tsp of butter then place the steak for about 90 sec on each side
    - turn the heat down to about medium heat, then add another 2 tsp of butter with some fresh rosemary, thyme and garlic and leave it until the internal temperature 130 degree.
  2. The lobster's turn
    - Cook the lobster in a pot of salty boiling water for 7 min
    - Get it out & make the spicy mayo sauce, in a bowl add 2 tsp of mayo, 1 tsp of sweet paprika, lemon zest, lemon juice, 1 tsp olive oil, season with some pepper & salt mix together
    - Chop the lobster & get it into the mayo sauce
    Fill your sandwich & Enjoy!
