Yummy, healthy & Easy Shrimp Salad. This Salad is so nutritious & if you are pescatarian , You should go for it !
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp with 2 tsp Olive oil, 1 clove garlic, ½ tsp Salt, 1 lemon Zest and some pepper to taste
- On a medium high heat, add the shrimp until it cooked
- For Salad Dressing:
- In a bowl, add the onion, mustard, apple cider, honey, some salt & pepper to taste
- Add a larger bowl, add the arugula & greens, shrimp, quinoa, chickpeas, avocado, cherry tomatoes & Enjoy!
