  1. Fill a pot large enough to hold the octopus with the octopus and enough cold water to cover. Set over high heat. Bring water to a simmer, then lower heat to maintain simmer. Cook until octopus is tender enough that you can pierce the thick part of a tentacle with a paring knife with little resistance, then season with salt & pepper
  2. Then gently boil the calamari for about 30-45 minutes, testing the texture with a fork every 15 minutes until it has become fully tender
  3. Heat 2 tsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the onions and cook it for 3 minutes or until it softened
  4. Add the garlic and cook if for 1 minute
  5. Add the red pepper flakes and the tomato puree and cook for 20 minutes
  6. Season with salt & pepper and the butter
  7. While the sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti in pan of salted water
  8. Heat the remaining olive oil in another pan, season the shrimps with salt & pepper and cook it for 3 minutes
  9. Remove the shrimps, then add the mussels and leave it until the mussels have opened
  10. Boil water and add octopus until it is tender
  11. Add the shrimp back , add the octopus, the sauce & pasta
  12. Toss to coat everything together & Enjoy!
