This parmesan crusted tilapia will blow your taste!



  1. Place flour and egg in separate shallow bowls. In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese and salt.
  2. Dip fillets in the flour, then egg, then bread crumbs mixture; turn until coated.
  3. In a large skillet, cook fillets in oil over medium heat until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork.
  4. Serve with lemon wedges & Enjoy
